We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Structural Engineer to manage and drive complex structural engineering projects from concept to completion.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (required)
Master’s or Ph.D. in Structural Engineering or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 12–15+ years of progressive experience in structural design and project leadership
Experience in at least four advanced structural engineering specializations
Expertise in precast, post-tensioned, and structural steel systems
Strong background in engineering calculations, code compliance, and specification development
Proficiency in engineering software and design tools
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Ability to make sound technical and strategic decisions with minimal supervision
Experience with research institutions or academic environments is a plus
Client-focused mindset with a proven ability to lead stakeholder interactions
