Job Description
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and grow ecoplanet's growth engine, focusing on opportunity creation, return on marketing spend, and building sustainable growth. As a team lead, you'll mentor a small team and act as a strategic driver and sparring partner to our founders.
Requirements
- Own and execute the end-to-end growth strategy
- Identify, test, and scale the highest-leverage growth opportunities
- Design and run hypothesis-driven experiments
- Orchestrate and align performance marketing, organic growth, content, web/CRO, analytics, and CRM toward shared growth goals
- Define, track, and act on the KPIs that matter
- Own CRM strategy, segmentation, and distribution
- Build and lead a lean, high-performing growth team
- Act as a data-driven sparring partner to our founders
