Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to join our expanding Geo-Hydro Department in our Vancouver, BC offices. This role will support our growing portfolio of hydrotechnical and dam-related projects across Canada.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering (Master's degree considered an asset)
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in water resources, hydrotechnical, or dam engineering
- Registered (or eligible for registration) as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia
- Strong technical background in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling (e.g., HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HY-7, SWMM, FLO-2D, HYFRANS)
- Proven project management experience with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
