Customer Success Coordinator - German Speaker

EcoVadis is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator, driven by sustainability, to join their team in Warsaw. The role involves managing the success of EcoVadis' customers, facilitating solution adoption, and providing guidance and expertise on integrating sustainability in business decisions. The team is responsible for empowering customers to create sustainable impact and drive customer value creation and impact.

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful customer support experience with large accounts in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree with a focus on sustainability, supply chain, or business (plus)
• Professional fluency in German and English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Confidence to work independently and autonomously
