As a tax expert (m/w/d) - Restructuring and Transformation, you will be part of the unconventional ECOVIS-KSO-family. You work with renowned experts in their respective fields, interdisciplinarily in the fields of tax consulting, legal consulting, corporate consulting, and auditing. Within the disciplines, you have the opportunity to be active in a generalist or specialized manner.
You carefully question the challenges of our clients, develop suitable consulting offers in the team, and give answers to questions that have not yet been asked? Here you are requested
- Assistance of our clients in ongoing tax issues of national and international tax law
- Preparation of opinions in the field of tax law
- Development of mandate-specific, individual strategies in planning and restructuring questions
- Review of prepared opinions and statements by tax assistants of the department and joint development of the assistants
- Accompaniment of corporate, external, and special audits as well as active participation in special projects (e.g. Tax Due Diligence and real estate and company transactions)
Your way to us
- Successfully completed studies in economics or law, ideally with a focus on tax law
- Relevant professional experience in the law firm field
- Successfully completed tax consultant examination or on the way there
- A structured working style, commitment, reliability, and sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you
