Client Service Associate

Client Service Associate at Edelman Financial Engines. Responsible for partnering with Financial Planners to provide high-level customer service to clients, coordinating client meetings, supervising account activity, and performing administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Two years of relevant experience (Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and handle challenging demands
• High level of confidentiality
