Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $54,000 - $72,000. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
Job Description
We are looking for a Client Service Associate to partner with our Financial Planner and provide a high level of customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have financial services experience, excellent client service and communication skills, and a good understanding of finance.
Requirements
- Two years of relevant experience (Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
- Able to adapt to changes in the work environment, handle challenging demands and work with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
