Civils Working Supervisor (Sizewell C)

The Civils Working Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating civil construction works on site, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and site procedures.

Requirements

• Supervise daily civil engineering and construction activities
• Manage and coordinate operatives, plant, and subcontractors to deliver works safely, on time, and to specification
• Ensure all work complies with approved construction drawings, method statements, risk assessments (RAMS), and site quality standards
• Maintain accurate daily records including labour, plant, materials used, and work completed
• Identify and report hazards, near misses, and unsafe acts or conditions through the site reporting system
• Support quality assurance by completing inspections, ensuring proper concrete testing, rebar checks, and recording as-built data
• Liaise with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, environmental, logistics) to coordinate safe and efficient delivery of works
