HPC Overall Construction Manager

The HPC Overall Construction Manager is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and executing all site activities related to mechanical and electrical works, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external partners, managing subcontractor performance, managing the M&E budget and planning, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

• Higher education in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering or Business Administration
• Extensive experience in site construction execution
• Background in the energy sector and project management
• Proven ability to build relationships across cultures and organizational levels
• High integrity, managerial skills, and sound judgment
• Experience in negotiation, presentation, and decision-making
• Awareness of Quality Management principles
• High proficiency in English
