Requirements
- Educated to Degree / HNC in an Mechanical Engineering / Construction discipline (LV, HV, MEP installations) or working towards HNC
- Educated to Nuclear installation standards including safety critical systems
- Working towards Professional Qualification in Project Management such as APM PMQ or other recognised qualification
- Track record of delivering projects in complex environments, from concept to handover, within a technically complex and dynamic environment, ideally within the Nuclear Energy sector or similar regulated environment
- Have experience of working on heavily unionised sites and working alongside IR managers and Trade union representatives
- Have experience in working with Qualified equipment products and services including supporting the EQ process
- Have experience working alongside the QA team to ensure quality compliance including all records, audits and process
- Have an understanding of nuclear safety culture and have experience working on projects where this forms the basis of the Health & Safety agenda
