Job Description
Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a Windows Systems Engineer to support their team in Pocatello, ID. This role involves installing, maintaining, and securing Windows-based systems, responding to user requests, and ensuring reliable infrastructure. It requires an active Top Secret clearance and is an onsite position.
Requirements
- Serving as the expert for all Windows environments.
- Designing, implementing, and providing ongoing support of the Windows Infrastructure.
- Responding to frequent and varied requests for DNS, DHCP, DFS, print systems, and other support.
- Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of problems to minimize downtime.
- Developing scripts and other modern solutions for advancing enterprise automation.
- Engineering and maintaining the baseline Windows Server image for the enterprise.
