Job Description
Edgewater is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to ensure the smooth operation of Agile Release Trains (ART) events. The role involves facilitating communication, problem-solving, risk management, and continuous improvement for Agile Teams, assisting Product Management and Business Owners with ART outcomes. RTEs also provide coaching to team leads and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching, Agile transformation, or enterprise Agile adoption
- Experience coordinating large Agile teams and programs in heavily matrixed organizations
- Prior experience facilitating stakeholder engagement and process improvement
- Industry leading Agile practitioner certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMP-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent)
