As the Commercial Strategy & SRGM Lead for CEE, you will spearhead the implementation of Strategic Revenue Growth Management initiatives to drive profitable growth. You'll uncover key commercial business questions, use advanced analytics to generate actionable insights, and drive decision-making across the local business.
Requirements
- Develop top-line customer strategy and prioritisation, including tail management.
- Partner with local commercial leaders to set SRGM targets and empower teams through coaching and direction.
- Identify market needs and drive/support SRGM initiatives and strategies.
- Train, upskill, and embed SRGM philosophies, tools, and tactics within the commercial team.
- Optimise processes in sales, marketing, and planning (e.g., forecasting, SLOB management).
- Deploy, manage, and govern promotional guidelines across key accounts; optimise promotional plans.
- Identify revenue growth and margin expansion opportunities through trade investment optimisation and “Go To Market” model reviews.
- Support continuous SRGM learning cycles and develop clear action guidelines by category.
- Coordinate price increases and annual negotiation budgets (Deflator).
- Deliver ongoing tracking of growth opportunities and local pack & price initiatives.
- Champion change management and simplification.
- Provide independent perspective on investment scenario planning and problem-solving.
- Measure performance gaps and drive improvements in decision-making, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Lead and enable a team of data analytics professionals to deliver business value.
- Drive initiatives to enhance data literacy and embed data-driven decision-making across CEE.
- Support wider commercial data & analytics projects as part of revenue management enablement.
- Key member of the CEE Leadership Team.
