Edgewell Personal Care is seeking a Junior Business Account Manager to support the delivery of business objectives through effective customer management and flawless execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sell-in and sell-out performance, contributing to net sales and gross margin targets, and strengthening partnerships with key retailers in Italy.
Requirements
- Significant experience gained within an FMCG or Cosmetics business
- Sales experience, including sell-out activities and/or small DO customer management (field sales merchandising is an asset)
- Knowledge of Italian retail dynamics
- Experience in Category Development or Marketing is a plus
- Ability to interpret data and performance metrics for commercial decision making
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; PowerBi knowledge is a plus
- Proactive attitude and curiosity for commercial/customer management
- Strong commercial acumen: understanding net sales, gross margin, and sell-out drivers
- Analytical skills: ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Good grasp of sales fundamentals and customer management processes
- Agile, proactive, and collaborative approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English & Italian (written and spoken)
