Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Category Development Specialist to join our team in Milan, Assago. The role involves coordinating and implementing marketing plans for Italian and Spanish retailers, working closely with internal and external teams to deliver excellence in in-store execution. You will be responsible for translating global brand priorities into effective local plans, supporting annual planning and budget management, and creating integrated in-store activation plans.
Requirements
- Experience in Category/ Trade Marketing/ Marketing with ideally FMCG or Cosmetics business
- Analytical, critical thinking and results-oriented
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the FMCG business model
- Experience working assertively, flexible and collaborative with individuals and teams located externally
- Proactivity and reliability to take on new projects
- Strong level of English, Spanish is a Plus
