Job Description
Edgewood Properties is seeking a Concrete Mason/Laborer to join their Concrete Repair Crew in South Plainfield, NJ. This role focuses on identifying, repairing, and remediating concrete hazards across the property portfolio, supporting site safety and property value. The position supports site maintenance and project development.
Requirements
- Perform demolition, preparation, forming, mixing, placing, finishing, and curing of concrete for repairs and site improvements.
- Execute masonry-related tasks including patching, block/brick repairs, joint pointing, and reinforcement as required.
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, small equipment, and machinery.
- Load and unload materials, supplies, and tools.
