Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
• Real Page / other program experience: 5 years
• Certification as a Type I and Type II technician from an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved technician certification program
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Asbestos abatement certification (where applicable)
• Lift certification within 6 months of hire date
