Job Description
We are seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to drive our AI strategy, build complex AI agents, and automate retail and e-commerce workflows. As a high-impact role, you will bridge research and engineering, focusing on pragmatic solutions and scalable systems.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and deploy robust ML systems and multi-model AI agents
- Lead the MLOps lifecycle, including prototyping, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
- Build high-performance data pipelines for training and real-time inference
- Act as a technical lead for the team, mentoring junior engineers and setting engineering best practices
- Partner with Product Managers and Data Scientists to translate business ambitions into technical requirements
