Requirements

• 6–10 years of professional experience in full-stack web development
• At least 2+ years in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of user interface/experience principles
• Project & Release Management
• Stakeholder Management
• Team Management
• Technical expertise in system design & performance optimization
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Next.js(SSR, routing, data fetching), and Node.js
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed system patterns
