The role involves providing guidance on career paths, conducting assessments, completing WIOA data entry, and providing support in various initiatives. Requirements
- Experience providing excellent service to jobseekers and employers
- Experience working with unemployed, underemployed, displaced workers, noncustodial parents, ex-offenders, veterans, or other economically-disadvantaged populations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and document all aspects of services provided
- Demonstrated communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
