Coordinates the overall function of the participant recruitment and job fulfillment process. Recruits and matches qualified job seekers to open job postings and work based training opportunities.

Requirements

• Two years of professional experience in recruiting, sales, account management or a related business relationship management capacity
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
