Job Description
The Youth Employment Specialist role at ID 2025-3138 involves promoting youth employment and career advancement through case management and providing job training and referral services. The position is a full-time position dedicated to assisting youth and employers in finding suitable employment. The role requires strong communication skills and knowledge of WIOA policies.
Requirements
- Determine eligibility for WIOA.
- Manage participants and employers to aid in employment.
- Collect documentation to meet performance goals.
- Create presentations and workshops.
- Review participant skills and match them to positions.
- Work with EDSI and other grants.
