Birth-3 Teacher Assistant

This position is for a Teacher Assistant at the West Chicago Branch of Educare West Dupage. The role involves collaborating with the Lead Teacher and Teacher Aide to create and implement daily education programs for children in a developmentally appropriate environment. The Teacher Assistant will assist with activities, supervise children, and support the overall functioning of the center. The position requires a strong understanding of early childhood development and a commitment to providing safe and nurturing care.

Requirements

• Participate in training to understand Educare Model programming.
• Implement curriculum aligned with appropriate developmental and child development standards.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing learning experiences.
• Contribute to staff meetings and parent conferences.
• Complete required forms and records accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with transition activities and recruitment of families.
