Preschool Teacher Aide

The Teacher Aide provides collaborative support to a Preschool Teacher and Assistant, focusing on daily education, classroom environment, and implementing curriculum. This role involves assessing children's development, implementing creative curriculum, assisting with various activities, and contributing to school events. The role requires a strong understanding of early childhood development and commitment to a positive learning environment.

Requirements

• Successfully experience working in a team setting.
• Ability to present a positive image of the organization to members of the community.
• Ability to work with a Lead Teacher and Teacher Assistant to plan, organize and implement position responsibilities effectively.
• Visual and auditory acuity within professionally determined normal ranges, or with corrections if needed.
• Ability to lift 55 pounds.
• Must be able to participate in outdoor experiences with children.
• Must be able to use all physical and mental capacities to perform the job duties.
