Job Description
The Compliance Specialist role is an integral part of the Business Enablement team which provides essential support for the compliance department's various areas, including maintaining and updating compliance policies, preparing and coordinating training materials, and gathering and filtering data to support the Compliance Oversight and Supervision functions.
Requirements
- Policy, regulatory resourcing and RIM support
- Compliance Service duties
- Data Organization
- Backup and coordinator for the Compliance division
- Assist in tracking and reviewing disclosures
- Provide administrative and analytical support
- Facilitate the review of marketing materials
- Help coordinate feedback and approvals
- Prepare regular reports on compliance activities
- Investigate flagged communications
