Job Description
Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center is seeking a bilingual Medical Receptionist Benefits Supervisor in Framingham, MA. The role involves overseeing the reception area, handling patient registration, intake, scheduling, and ensuring accurate patient data entry. This is a team leader position, responsible for managing and training medical reception staff, and collaborating with other health center leaders.
Requirements
- Hire, supervise, train, evaluate and discipline Medical Receptionists.
- Ensure all Medical Reception staff are knowledgeable on Health Center policies.
- Maintain adequate staffing during designated hours.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize gaps in insurance coverage.
- Manage cash collection and reconciliation.
