The role involves performing manual labor tasks, assisting skilled trades and supervisors, and maintaining a safe and organized job site. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork
• Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn new tasks
• Able to work independently or as part of a crew
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Basic tools
• Physical ability to climb stairs and handle physical demands
