Assistant Director of Studies

EF is a NEAS accredited internationally recognised institution, with schools located all over the world. As Assistant Director of Studies, you will help manage the academic department and implement course programs to ensure student satisfaction. The role requires flexibility, organisational skills, and the desire to keep on top of new teaching methodologies and initiatives, particularly pertaining to technology.

Requirements

• CELTA qualified or equivalent
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent, or working towards TEFLQ status
• Experience in management of people and programs preferred
• Strong customer-service focus with a commitment to the highest possible standards
• A strategic thinker and planner, able to prioritise and multi-task
• Excellent communicator, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Resourceful
• Working to deadlines whilst remaining flexible at all times
• Able to handle difficult situations with ease and remain calm under pressure
• Attention to detail
