Efekta is seeking an Education Program Manager to join their global team in Hanoi, Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing education projects, working with clients to define clear goals and deliverables, and providing technical guidance and training to teachers. The role requires strong organizational, technical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master's degree in education, public policy/management, international relations, economics, or a similar field
• 5+ years of experience in K-12 education, preferably in the public sector
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficient in Vietnamese and English
• Strong relational skills, influencing skills, and presence
