Job Description
Effective School Solutions is seeking a Licensed School-Based Clinical Program Coordinator to provide clinical services to a small group of students with significant behavioral and emotional needs. The role involves extensive training and mentorship to ensure the coordinator has strong clinical knowledge of the organization's protocols. The coordinator will lead consultations, deliver interventions, and collaborate with school personnel to support student well-being.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience treating children and/or adolescents with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
- Hold a clinical license in social work, counseling or marriage and family therapy in the state.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Thorough clinical documentation skills.
