Job Description
1. FC Köln is seeking a Youth Football Coach (U7-U11) to join their coaching team, focusing on partner clubs. The role involves planning and conducting training sessions and supervising teams in match operations according to 1. FC Köln's training concept and playing philosophy. The position offers a challenging work environment, a supportive team, and a generous allowance for lunch. This is a part-time, fixed-term mini-job with a monthly working time of 43 hours.
Requirements
- At least a DFB C or B license
- A (not necessarily completed) sports science degree, or a comparable qualification
- Empathy, openness, and pedagogical skills in dealing with children, adolescents, and parents
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Organizational skills and ability to work in a team
- Prior coaching experience
- Ability to work independently, responsibly, and structured
- High level of commitment, flexibility, and willingness to work on weekends
- Possession of a Class B driver's license
