Delivery Lead

Egen is a fast-growing service delivery company focused on modernizing IT infrastructure for clients. They are seeking a Delivery Lead to build and grow relationships with customers, manage project delivery, and leverage product management best practices. This role is a client-facing position with a focus on coaching and leading teams in project delivery to deliver impactful cloud and IT modernization projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale projects
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience with team/employee career management
• Experience working with product companies
