Job Description
Egon Zehnder is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead leadership advisory projects. This role involves partnering with clients to sell and execute executive assessments, development, culture profiles, team effectiveness reviews, and organizational transformation initiatives. The position requires client-facing interaction and a proactive approach to business development, with autonomous work opportunities both as a team leader and an independent contributor. The expert will act as a mentor to junior and senior team members.
