Job Description
Egon Zehnder's Technology Practice Team is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join their Research team, focusing on North America. The role involves leading internal client teams in Executive Search, Board, and Advisory projects. The position requires strong project management, communication, and research skills, as well as business development expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years’ professional experience
- Demonstrated functional experience (e.g., market research, qualitative or legal research)
- Prior project-based experience working effectively on multiple mandates
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication ability
