Job Description
Prepare journal entries, reconcile AP to general ledgers, and assist in preparation of financial reports. Maintain contact with vendors and guarantee the quality of accounting & statutory reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
- Proficient in accounting software (Oracle, Microsoft)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships and resolve issues
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Analytical skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently
