Job Description
EHE Health is seeking a motivated Medical Assistant to support physicians, RNs, and staff members in physical examinations and procedures. This per diem position provides valuable experience in preventative care and offers a chance to work within a team of dedicated clinicians in a thriving healthcare network.
Requirements
- Perform Electrocardiograms (EKGs) and other medical screenings
- Draw blood
- Measure vital signs
- Record information on patients’ charts
- Prepare treatment rooms for examination of patients
- Knowledge of EKGs and other medical screenings
- Basic Life Support training and certification
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Web-based applications
