Client Success Manager

EHE Health is seeking a Client Success Manager to focus on leading the implementation of their wellbeing initiatives, directly supporting client health management goals, and maximizing client retention and overall employee wellbeing. The role involves client engagement, data analysis, strategic account management, and proactive problem-solving to reduce healthcare costs and improve employee morale. EHE Health is a rapidly growing healthcare provider specializing in preventative care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and articulate complex concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience developing and implementing workplace wellbeing strategies and designing engagement solutions
