Requirements

• Higher education degree in industrial engineering or with a strong mechanical bias
• Significant experience in managing maintenance contracts in the industry
• Solid technical expertise, a sharp commercial sense, and proven leadership
• Excellent communication, listening, and anticipation skills
• Ability to animate teams and coordinate complex projects with multiple stakeholders
