Job Description

Requirements
- Proven experience in animation studios, production companies or advertising environments
- Art theory basics (composition and colour theory)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 2D & 3D animation/motion graphic skills
- Excellent Adobe After Effects skills
- Excellent storytelling and editing skills
- Experience leading and motivating small teams
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Adaptability to business needs
