Eightfold is a company that uses AI to transform how jobs and career decisions are made. We're looking for a Product Analyst to join our team and help solve one of the most fundamental challenges of our society - employment.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in product or growth analytics
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with BI/analytics tools such as QuickSight, Tableau or Amplitude
- Proven ability to translate data into insights that drive product decisions
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics and experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data storytelling
- Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
