Staff, People Business Partner

Eightfold is a technology company that uses AI to transform how organizations plan, hire, develop, and retain a diverse workforce. We're looking for a Staff, People Business Partner to advise and coach leaders on people management and build management capability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of prior experience in the role of an HR Business Partner for a high tech company
• Deep understanding of HR processes, especially hands-on experience in management/leadership development, performance management and employee relations
• Previous experience in management/leadership development programs and/or learning and development function
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities
