Job Description
Join Elanco as an Associate Scientist – Technical Services & Manufacturing Sciences (TS/MS) to support the optimization and advancement of bacterial and mammalian cell culture manufacturing processes. As a Scientist on the TS/MS team, you will execute lab-scale models, analyze experimental data, and collaborate across functions to support Elanco's diverse pharmaceutical and biotech product portfolio.
Requirements
- Design, execute, and analyze lab-scale experiments to model large-scale fermentation and cell culture processes
- Lead and manage small-scale laboratory projects
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Provide scientific support for manufacturing processes
- Communicate technical findings and recommendations
