Requirements

• Perform production operations to ensure smooth, safe, and on-time production, and ensure product quality.
• Implement HSE and quality department-regulated HSE and GMP regulations, and operate in accordance with regulations.
• Execute various orders issued by the department and team leader, follow labor discipline, and ensure production.
• Participate in various skill training organized by the department and factory, improve process, equipment operation, GMP, and HSE levels.
• Ensure safe and smooth equipment operation, promptly report problems.
• Put forward reasonable suggestions for production processes and equipment, participate in departmental safety and productivity improvement projects.
• Actively participate in lean production, reduce production costs.
• Keep the production area highly clean.
