The Poultry District Sales Manager will lead sales execution and apply Strategic Account Management (SAM) and consultative selling to deliver agreed strategies and results.
Requirements
- Grow the US Poultry business by leading sales execution and applying Strategic Account Management (SAM) and consultative selling to deliver agreed strategies and results.
- Build and deepen strategic partnerships with key customers, prospects, and consultants; establish long‐term initiatives, confirm value, and review scorecards through comprehensive strategic business plans.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and a high‐performance, accountable culture where people and ideas excel, aligned to a collaborative vision.
- Develop and retain talent through targeted recruitment, continuous coaching, and capability building to spread SAM adoption and effectiveness.
