Requirements
- Conducting clinical research
- Conceptualizing, designing, constructing, and validating cell-based bioassays
- Developing pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic biomarker assay reagents and assays
- Keeping abreast of scientific developments in the field
- Providing expertise in the evaluation of new platform technologies
- Transferring knowledge and information from research to development
- Managing and overseeing multiple research projects
- Supervising subordinates
