RTR Analyst - General Ledger Accounting

As a RTR Analyst - General Ledger Accounting, you will be a vital part of the EBS team in Warsaw, Poland, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the month-end closing processes and all related General Accounting activities across the EMEA regions.

Requirements

• Perform month-end close responsibilities, including journal entries, financial analysis, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Prepare account reconciliations in accordance with internal methodology and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work closely with local affiliate finance to ensure activities are properly reflected in financial statements and prepare necessary accounting entries.
• Identify exceptions, determine underlying causes, and escalate as appropriate, while supporting internal and external audit activities.
• Demonstrate a strong continuous improvement approach, actively identifying process improvements and maintaining effective communication across a global organization.
