Senior Director, Category Management, US Pet Health

As a Senior Director, Category Management, you will lead our Category Management efforts for Pet Health Retail, leveraging sales data to accelerate growth and drive distribution, assortment, pricing, and merchandising excellence.

Requirements

• Lead the category management team and partner closely with sales, brand, and global analytics to develop fact-based selling stories
• Provide data-driven insights and analysis to support innovation, new item launches, and Go-To-Market strategies
• Deliver formal category reviews and compelling presentations that motivate customer action and reinforce Elanco's position as a trusted thought leader
• Educate and influence stakeholders across the organization by sharing best practices, insights, and data-driven narratives
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
