Job Description
Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse RN Home Health PRN to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to compassion and a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of patients. The role will involve assessing patients' needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care in the comfort of patients' homes.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted state RN licensee
- 1+ year experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse
- Dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to travel 50%
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Previous Home Health or Hospice Experience preferred
- Previous experience with HomeCare HomeBase preferred
