Senior Audio Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Audio Systems Engineer to help us revolutionise the music industry. We have invented a new technology to produce on-demand vinyl records and built a web platform for music creators to create and sell their products worldwide via our store at zero cost.

Requirements

• Own the technical architecture and delivery of large-scale digital and networked audio systems, from specification through commissioning and operational handover.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex audio reliability issues, partnering with Audio Quality & Maintenance teams to diagnose, resolve, and prevent production-impacting failures.
• Translate Audio R&D standards into practical, real-world deployments, and help shape tooling requirements through feedback from commissioning and production operations.
• Lead cross-functional technical coordination with IT, electrical, and other engineering teams to ensure robust integration across facilities, networks, and building infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership within the audio engineering function, including mentoring, guidance to contractors, and technical mentorship for other team members.
