Program Quality Engineer (Mechanical)

Elbit Systems is looking for a Quality Engineer in R&D to manage flight projects and ensure compliance with customer requirements and company procedures.

Requirements

• Mechanical / Materials Engineer
• Three years or more experience in quality engineering / production
• Knowledge of composite materials - an advantage
• Experience in managing a team of employees - an advantage
• Knowledge of AS9100 aviation standard - an advantage
• Knowledge of CATIA - an advantage
• Ex-military - an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-learning abilities
• Ability to manage, lead, and drive cross-functional processes
• Experience with multiple work interfaces and interactions with customers in Israel and abroad
• High level of English
